Meet John Canham and The Team
John Canham has been providing heavy goods and lorry recovery services in Clacton-on-Sea since 1980 but has since brought on board his sons, wife, and many new employees, all bringing about diverse and robust areas of expertise and specialisation.
Matthew Canham and his wife Emily act as directors for daily operations at John Canham & Son whilst his brother Mark Canham acts as the MOT manager. Both sons have been working with John since their 20s.
John Canham & Son employs two VOSA Approved MOT Testers, Jonathan Olley and Michael Taylor. Both are also qualified HGV and van technicians.
Our team also employs a full-time HGV and van technician, Anthony Marsden, as well as a part-time HGV and van technician, Mick Pleace. The team consistently onboards new trainees and apprentices as well, including our trainee technician Nicholas Garnham.
